My parent’s car got stolen & was crashed so we had to get it towed from FW PD Auto Pound within the same day cause it was not drivable. We called around getting wait times & price checks. A lot of places could not tow at impounds & others had rude customer service or long wait times or higher prices. I wanted to commend this company for their CUSTOMER SERVICE. I didn’t get a chance to use them because my road-side assistance company dropped the ball big time, but... the driver for this company called me several times to ensure that my safety as not compromised and that I was no longer in need of service.
